How did you hear about Mont Blanc Invest?
I already knew Jean-François Bouillier for personal reasons, he set up his agency near my business we became friends and I decided to entrust him with my projects.
Can you describe the projects you have assigned to the team?
I charged three sales projects to the Mont Blanc Invest agency, all of them personal property. First of all, there was the sale of an apartment in Chamonix. Then, I entrusted the sale of a chalet in Vallorcine because it was close to the Chamonix area. Finally, in October the sale of my house located in Les Houches.
Did the sales go the way you wanted?
Absolutely. There were all the specific cases possible to meet, specifically for the sales deadline but I am satisfied. For the second property, CENTURY 21 Mont-Blanc Invest even found a potential buyer in just three weeks. I’m totally satisfied with the support and professionalism of the team.
Would you recommend Mont Blanc Invest?
Yes, of course, without a doubt. The three sales went smoothly, Jean-François Bouillier was patient and gave the right instructions and advice at the right time. I found the valuation of the properties, both on the website and on the agency window, effective.

When we decided to buy in Chamonx, we had some ideas in mind but we didn't know if we should buy a chalet or an apartment. We contacted Mt Blanc Invest during the summer and Jean-François was fantastic. Even though I told him at the time that we would only try to get an idea of what we preferred - if we decided not to buy at all - we were shown a range of different types of properties that interested us. Several months later, we decided what we wanted and Jean Francois was fantastic. He was involved throughout the buying process and always very helpful, so much so that it seemed as easy to buy a house in a foreign country as to go to the supermarket for groceries. Based on our experience, I think it is fair to say that Jean-François and Mt Blanc Invest is the best real estate agent we have ever bought in any country.
